Wasatch Brewery & Squatters Craft Beers Upcoming Events

August 12, 2021

It’s Summertime in Utah! Wasatch Brewery and Squatters Craft Beers have fun events and activities planned all summer long. Join us for the following:

Guilt Free Dessert Month – August (All Month Long)
Save room for dessert, because August is Guilt Free Dessert Month. 100% of brownie sales at Wasatch and Squatters Pub locations support local charities. All pub locations compete to raise the most funds, followed by a celebration at the winning location on September 22. All brownie ingredients are donated by our friends at Nicholas & Co.

Beer Yoga (August 17 & 31)
Beer Yoga is going down bi-weekly all summer long at the Downtown SLC Squatters location. We’ve partnered with Salt Lake Power Yoga to offer energetic yoga classes in a laid back environment. Enjoy a Squatters beer during or after class! $5 to register for class. $5 pints available for purchase on site.

Oktoberfest at Snowbird Mountain Resort (August 14-October 17)
Snowbird was voted one of America’s ten best Oktoberfest festivals by Men’s Journal. Oktoberfest will take place August 14 to October 17. Visit the Wasatch Brewery and Squatters Craft Beers tents for yard games and samples of local craft beer. See more event details here.

Utah Beer Festival (August 21 & 22)
Visit us at The Utah Beer Festival, held at Gateway Plaza in Salt Lake City, from 2-8 p.m. on August 21 & 22. The Utah Beer Festival hosts some of the nation’s finest craft brewers including Uinta Brewing, Zion Brewery, Stone Brewing, Lagunitas Brewing, Ska Brewing, and more.

Miner’s Day (September 6)
Celebrate Park City’s Mining Heritage with a 5K and Bark 5K hosted by the Rotary Club. Wasatch will offer locally crafted beers after the race. See the schedule here.

About Wasatch Brewery
When Greg Schirf moved from Milwaukee to Utah in the early 80’s and saw the lack of local beer, he knew he needed to take matters into his own hands and do what any self-respecting midwesterner would: start a brewery. Now reaching over 20 states, Wasatch was the very first brewery in Utah, and has been proudly misbehaving and brewing award-winning brews since 1986.

About Squatters Craft Beers
Beer brings people together – a revelation that led founders Jeff Polychronis and Peter Cole to open Salt Lake City’s first brewpub in 1989. Since then, Squatters has continued to embrace the philosophy of healthy community and healthy planet, sending award-winning beer to over 20 states using sustainable and local resources.
