Wasatch Brewery Announces Return of Guava Rosa

Seasonal Quencher Now Available in Select Markets for Limited Time
Park City, Utah (March 10, 2021) It’s Guava Rosa season! Wasatch Brewery’s fiesta in a can is back for a limited time. This 7.1% ABV Mexican-inspired ale is brewed with real guava to lend sweet and tart notes that shine against a subtle hop profile. Guava Rosa is on shelves now in 6-packs of 12 oz. cans.

Wasatch Brewmaster Jon Lee was inspired to craft Guava Rosa after exploring the local markets of Guadalajara, Mexico. The flavors and spirit of the region influenced the recipe, which focuses on fresh, tropical flavors of guava.

Lee said, “Tasting the fresh guava in this beer and how the entire recipe came together really takes me back to my visits to Mexico. Fresh foods, friendly people and most of all, delicious beer, give me a warm fuzzy feeling… could also be the 7.1% ABV though!”
