Dine Outdoors All Winter Long at Wasatch Brewery
December 9, 2020
Festive Lights, Air Purifiers & Blankets Offer a Unique Dining Experience
Salt Lake City, Utah (December 9, 2020) When the temps go down, some folks might run inside, but not here in Utah! Wasatch Brewery, a Park City original, will add a new experience to their Sugar House and Park City restaurants this winter: igloos for small groups to dine in and truly enjoy one of the best seasons in the Wasatch Range.
Outfitted with festive lights, heaters and blankets, air purifiers, and enough room for eight people, Wasatch is looking to expand their available seating and bring a unique and fun adventure to customers. “We’re very excited about this new outdoor dining experience,” says Maxwell Christen, Senior Marketing Manager. “We hope that our igloo dining will become a tradition for families who visit us this holiday season and into the winter months!”
Igloos will be available primarily by reservation, or on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the winter season. Groups are limited to eight people, all members of the same party. Wasatch will offer the same delicious food and beers you have come to know and love from the brewery. If you think you need to bundle up a bit more, we recommend guests bring their own jackets and blankets; we will also be selling custom blankets out of our retail space. All safety standards that Wasatch Brewery is known for will be extended into these unique dining spaces.

About Wasatch Brewery
When Greg Schirf moved from Milwaukee to Utah in the early 80’s and saw the lack of local beer, he knew he needed to take matters into his own hands and do what any self-respecting midwesterner would: start a brewery. Now reaching over 20 states, Wasatch was the very first brewery in Utah, and has been proudly misbehaving and brewing award-winning brews since 1986.
